Our Company
ITC's
web roots started from very humble beginnings,
way back in 1997, when we first registered
a domain for our own use and set about learning
about creating websites and using email.
In February 1998, we built and configured
our first web server, which was co-located
in Seattle Washington, USA. At this time,
our company focus was still primarily geared
towards PC sales/servicing and networking
installation and support for local business
clients, which was the sector ITC
originally catered for, and the Internet
side of the business was just seen as a
value added service for a few of our corporate
clients.
September 1999 saw the official launch
of ITC Internet,
following a decision to pursue our interest
in the industry, and offer a full range of
high quality, highly reliable hosting services,
combined naturally with our considerable
website designing abilities.
As of June 2002, ITC
currently have 6 servers online, 4 of which are
in our primary data center in Virginia,
USA, our European backup server is here
in the United Kingdom, and we retain a legacy
server in Seattle, Washington. The range
of services covered by our expertise has
grown at a rapid rate during the last 5
years, and we are proud to support the majority
of the major technologies and scripting
languages used on the Internet today. For

Our Strategy
So how have ITC
manged to stay in business during the '.com
slump' of the last couple of years? There
are a number of reasons ITC
are still around today, the most important
of which is our business strategy. ITC
are a privately owned, privately run company,
who own and administer all of our equipment,
and don't resell other companies servers/space.
This allows us to be incredibly flexible
when it comes to providing custom solutions
based entirely on our client's individual
requirements, unlike many web companies
who offer you plan A, B, C, or D, but who
can't offer you a bespoke solution. We bring
new servers and new services online as and
when they are required, so we aren't desperate
to fill hundreds of empty servers that are
sitting online wasting money.
When it comes to our clients, we are able
to offer a one-stop solution for any Internet
requirements. We often bring support for
new technologies online in order to fulfill
the requirements of a single client, and
we are exceptionally keen to continually
improve the range of services we offer.
We are only able to do this due to the flexibility
of our business and our independently owned
and controlled equipment.
ITC
have no intention or interest in being a
company with a multi million pound annual
turnover. We strive to provide the best range
of services at the highest quality possible,
while maintaining an excellent working
relationship with our highly valued customer
base.
