If you still require support having read through the FAQs above,

the following information:
Your Name, Company, and primary Domain Name
Concise details of your problem, including any
applicable error messages
Details of your software (FTP Client / Version,
Email Client / Version etc.)
The current configuration you are using which
isn't working, and other configurations you've
also tried
The more accurate and detailed the information
you provide, the more likely we will be able to
quickly assist you to resolve any problem.
Our preference regarding support issues is to
deal with as many as possible via email, and we
would appreciate it if you'd contact
us first via this site or the address support@itcinternet.net,
rather than via phone or fax. If your problem
can't be resolved via email, we'll be happy to
call you to talk you through a solution.
